Do We Sell or Share Personal Information?
Caitlynelizabethtalmage does not sell your personal information for monetary compensation.
However, our website uses cookies and similar technologies from Google Ads and Google Analytics. Right to Opt-Out of the Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

Please include the email address you used at checkout so we can locate your information. We do not require you to create an account or verify your identity to opt out, and we only ask for the information needed to process your request. We may decline a request only if we have a good-faith, reasonable, and documented belief that it is fraudulent, and we will tell you why.
We process opt-out requests as soon as possible and no later than 15 business days after we receive them. We will also notify the third parties that received your personal information after you submitted your request that you have opted out, so they stop using it.
Authorized agents: You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent to provide written permission signed by you.
Browser Opt-Out Preference Signals
Our website does not currently detect or respond to browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). To opt out, please email us at [email protected] or use the form on this page.
What Happens After You Opt Out
Once your request is processed, we stop sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your activity on our website.
We will not ask you to opt back in for at least 12 months after you opt out, unless you contact us to request it.
Consumers Under 16
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. We would only do so with prior opt-in consent: from the consumer if they are 13 to 15 years old, or from a parent or guardian if they are under 13. Our website is not directed to children.
Sensitive Personal Information
We do not collect or use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. For this reason, we do not offer a separate "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" link. Payment information is collected and processed by PayPal; we do not store your complete card details.
Verification and Response Time
No identity verification is required to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
For requests to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, we may ask for information reasonably necessary to confirm that the request comes from you, such as the email address and order number used at checkout.
We respond to these requests within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend this period by an additional 45 days and will notify you of the extension.

Depending on where you live, including California and states such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others with similar laws, you may have the right to:

Appealing Our Decision
If we decline your privacy request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email or by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will respond to your appeal within 60 days and explain the reasons for our decision. If you disagree with the outcome, you may contact the Attorney General of your state.
Non-Discrimination
We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level or quality of service because you exercised any of your privacy rights.
